Exporting from Google Calendar

Export appointments out of Google Calendar to use and manage them inside your GMX Organizer.

  1. Open https://calendar.google.com/calendar in your browser.
  2. Log in with your Google credentials.
  3. In the upper right corner, click the gearwheel icon.
    A context menu appears.
  4. In the context menu, click Settings.
  5. On the left, click Import & export.
  6. Click Export.

    The dialog box for saving files appears.
  7. Choose Save file and click OK.
  8. Choose a location and click Save.
    The calendar file is downloaded in a .zip folder.
  9. Unpack the .zip folder.
    You get a file in the "iCalendar" (.ics) format, which you can import into your GMX Organizer.
