You received an email file attachment and want to open and edit it in Online Office, but you cannot find the file.
You have stored the file locally on your hard drive by clicking Open/Save on hard drive.
You can only open and edit email file attachments in Online Office, if the file has been stored in your Cloud.
Therefore upload the file that you want to open and edit in your Cloud.
You have stored the file in your Cloud by clicking on Quickly save in Cloud.
If you have used this function to save the file in your Cloud, the file has been stored in /New File Attachments.
