I want to edit a file attachment in Online Office, but I cannot find it.

You received an email file attachment and want to open and edit it in Online Office, but you cannot find the file.

You have stored the file locally on your hard drive by clicking Open/Save on hard drive.

Upload file in your Cloud

You can only open and edit email file attachments in Online Office, if the file has been stored in your Cloud.

Therefore upload the file that you want to open and edit in your Cloud.

Email file attachment has been stored in a specific folder

You have stored the file in your Cloud by clicking on Quickly save in Cloud.

If you have used this function to save the file in your Cloud, the file has been stored in /New File Attachments.

Save the email file attachment by clicking "Save in Cloud"

  1. Click the Email file attachmentSave in Cloud.
    The dialog Save in Cloud will open.
  2. Navigate to an existing folder or create a new folder, where you want to store the file and click Save.
