Sharing files

    You can share single or multiple files from your Cloud by sending a share link to others.

    By clicking on this share link, they can then view and download the files from your Cloud. You can limit the duration of the share and protect the link with a password.

    Sharing a single file
    1. Select the file you would like to share.
      A menu bar with different options will appear.
    2. Click on Share.

      A window will pop up.
    3. Click on Share configuration.

    4. Configure the sharing options:
      • Limit the share duration by clicking on Change duration. Set the share duration to 1 week, 1 month or 1 year.
      • Protect your link with a password by checking Protect with a password. Create a password with at least 5 characters.

    5. Confirm your configurations by clicking on Save.
      A window with the share options will appear.
    6. You can now click on Copy link to copy and paste the share link or on Send a link via email to share the link directly in an e-mail.
    You have shared a file with other users. You can find this share under "Files" in the Shared folder where you can edit it anytime.

    Share multiple files
    1. Select the file you would like to share.
      A menu bar with different options will appear.
    2. Click on Share.

      A new window will appear.
    3. At the top, assign a new name to your collection of shared files and click on Save.
    4. At the bottom of the window, click on Share configuration.

    5. Configure the sharing options:
      • Limit the share duration by clicking on Change duation. Set the share duration to 1 week, 1 month or 1 year.
      • Protect your link with a password by checking Protect with a password. Create a password with at least 5 characters.

    You have shared files with other users. You can find this share under "Collections" in the Shared folder where you can edit it any time.

    You can not only share collections of multiple files but also collections containing both files and folders.
