Moving email to a Folder

Manage your email in folders and keep an overview over them. You can move them in a folder with drag & drop or with a button.

How to move email to a folder using drag & drop

  1. Select the messages you want to move.
  2. Press and hold the left mouse button.
  3. Click the name of the folder into which you want to move the email.
  4. Release the left mouse button.


How to move email to a folder using the Move button

  1. Select the messages you want to move.
  2. Click Move. A list of your folders appears.
  3. Click the name of the folder into which you want to move the email.
