Moving e-mail to a Folder

Manage your e-mail in folders and keep an overview over them. You can move them in a folder with drag & drop or with a button.

How to move e-mail to a folder using drag & drop

  1. Select the messages you want to move.
  2. Press and hold the left mouse button.
  3. Click the name of the folder into which you want to move the e-mail.
  4. Release the left mouse button.

How to move e-mail to a folder using the Move button

  1. Select the messages you want to move.
  2. Click Move. A list of your folders appears.
  3. Click the name of the folder into which you want to move the e-mail.
