Add another account in your GMX Mail App for Android

1. Tap the menu symbol in the menu bar.
   The menu navigation is shown.
2. Below your email folders, tap Settings.

   
   
   
   

3. Tap Add account.
4. Log in with the email address and password of the GMX account.
   You can manage all emails separately for each account.

You are now using the GMX Mail App for Android with multiple accounts and you can switch between them in the menu. Additionally, you can implement different settings for each account.

How to set up your standard account in GMX Mail App for Android if you are using it with multiple accounts

1. Tap the menu symbol in the menu bar.

2. Below your email folders, tap Settings.

   
   
   
   

3. Tap your email address.
   The screen "Account Information" opens.
4. Under "Personal Information", tap Default account to send standard messages from the GMX account for which you are activating this setting.
   If the standard account set up in the app is not active and you would like to write a new email using quick access (by pressing down the app symbol on your smartphone homescreen), the email address designated as your standard account will nevertheless be entered as the sender.
