Add a mobile phone number

Enter a mobile phone number to reset your password and regain access to your Account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it to a mobile phone number via SMS.

  1. Click Account at the top right.

    My Account

  2. On the left side, click Security Options.
  3. Under Security mobile phone number, click on Add mobile number.
  4. Select the appropriate country.
  5. Enter your mobile phone number.
  6. Enter your GMX password and confirm your changes by clicking Save changes.
