If you have lost your encryption data, you can set up Encrypted Communication again using your recovery document.
You have lost your encryption data or forgotten your passphrase and you don't have a recovery document.
If you have forgotten your passphrase and your recovery document is unavailable, you won't be able to use Encrypted Communication anymore. You can't send encrypted email or decrypt incoming email. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you either - we don't have any spare keys.
