You have tried to call the gmx.com page. You received an error message. This could have the following causes:
Certificate error
Apart from a few exceptions, the new certificates are installed automatically. In some cases, you may have to install the
certificates manually.
Firefox: Installing a Certificate Manually and Adding a Security Exception Rule

In the error message, click I Understand the Risks at the bottom.

Click Add Exception.

Click Get Certificate.

Click Confirm Security Exception.

Refresh the page if necessary.
Internet Explorer: Installing a Certificate Manually

On the right-hand end of the address bar, click Certificate Error.

Click the View Certificate link.

Click Install Certificate.

In the certificate import wizard, first click Next.

Click Finish.

Refresh the page if necessary.
Outdated Browser
When you switch to new certificates in outdated browsers, error messages may occur.
Installing/Updating a Browser

Install an up-to-date browser that is supported by GMX. The supported browsers include Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera and Safari.

If you are already using a browser that is supported by GMX, update your browser.
