You can adjust the default values for all new appointments. You can find the default values in the organizer settings under Appointments.
|Define the default duration of a new appointment.
|Deactivate preset reminders for a new appointment.
|Select a preset reminder. It will be selected as the first reminder for new appointments.
|Create a new default reminder. You can create a maximum of 5 reminders.

|If this setting is activated, you receive a daily email with an overview of all your appointments for the current day.
