Number of unread e-mail is incorrect

The synchronization process from your mailbox to MailCheck is automatic. Sometimes the comparison may take a few minutes.

You checked for new e-mail, but MailCheck is still showing unread e-mail.

1.) Wait a few minutes

Wait until the synchronization process is complete .

2.) Check for new e-mail manually

  • In Firefox: Click the arrow next to the envelope icon and then Check for new e-mail.
  • In Internet Explorer: Click the arrow next to Inbox and then Check for new e-mail.
  • In Chrome: Click the envelope icon and then Check for new e-mail.
  • In Safari: Click the envelope icon and then Check for new e-mail.
