Using the allowlist, you can define the senders from whom you want to receive email. If you add an email address or domain (e.g. 1and1.com) to the allowlist, email from the address or domain are automatically saved to the Inbox folder. Email from senders on your allowlist are not checked for spam.
Using the blocklist, you can block senders of unsolicited email. If you add an email address or domain (e.g. evildomain.com) to the blocklist, email from the address or domain are automatically moved to the Spam folder.
If you add an email address or domain to your allowlist, corresponding entries are removed from your blocklist automatically. If you enter an email address or domain in your blocklist, corresponding entries are removed from your allowlist automatically.
You can add up to 5,000 entries to your allowlist.
If you want to enter domains in your allowlist or blocklist, write them as follows: domain.com.
To enter newsletter senders in your allowlist or blocklist, we recommend that you enter the entire domain (e.g. gooddomain.com or evildomain.com). The sender address often changes every time a newsletter is sent. If you enter a domain (e.g. gooddomain.com or evildomain.com), the corresponding individual email addresses (e.g. "email@example.com" or "firstname.lastname@example.org") are removed automatically.
